2. Can you provide samples and is there a sample fee?
Generally speaking, free samples are possible. However, for some special custom designs, we may require a charge. The buyer is responsible for international express courier fees (DHL, TNT, FEDEX).
3. What is the sample lead time?
It depends on the specific product specifications, but usually ranges between 3 to 5 days.
4. What materials are used to construct the wine box?
The wine box is crafted using MDF with a high-quality wood stain PU finish. The wood moisture content is strictly controlled to around 8-12%.
