For customized samples, we'll check if it's printable after receiving your file. You are expected to pay both the sample cost and freight. It will take 2-5 days to make the sample, then 2-3 days or so to deliver via express courier like Fedex, DHL, or UPS.

Usually by T/T in advance. At least 30% of the total amount paid in advance as down payment before mass production, and the rest should be paid before shipment or against a copy of B/L.
It will take 7-10 days normally, and 10-15 days in peak season, mostly based on quantity. Cargos will be packed in standard cartons and piled on pallets, or follow your specific requirements. Shrink wrapping is available as per request. The cargos will be delivered via sea or air.
During manufacturing and before shipping, the items will be strictly inspected by our QC team and packed well. If the items are damaged when you receive them, or if you are not satisfied, please contact us as soon as possible. If the problems are resulted from our side, we will accept returns and arrange replacements or refunds.
