We have 10 machines in total, including Paper cutting machine, Auto-Forming product machine, Auto Lamination Machine, Spot UV machine, Foil stamping Machine, and Digital Printing sample machine.
1) We have 4 production lines. Each production line is assigned 1 QC inspector who checks quality directly on the production line.
2) We have 2 Quality Inspectors in the warehouse who conduct random checks before cargo is dispatched. If any issues are found, the shipment is rejected and held back.
1) Upon order confirmation, we will send you the final design for confirmation.
2) After design approval, we will produce a physical sample and send it to you. Once you confirm the sample, mass production will begin according to this sample standard.
3) If the received cargo differs from the confirmed sample and the fault lies on our side, we will assume responsibility and work out a suitable solution.
