We are located in China with highly convenient transportation access. You are sincerely welcome to visit our factory! Hotel booking and pickup service can be provided for your best convenience.

Can I Get Samples before Mass Production? Is the Sample Charge Refundable?
Yes, we are honored to offer you samples. Storage samples are provided for free, you only need to cover the shipping cost. Dummy samples and Finished Product Samples are also welcome, and the sample charge can be refunded based on order values.

How Many Days Will Samples Be Finished? How About Mass Production?
Generally, a digital or dummy sample is completed within 1-3 days, and a finished product sample takes 3-7 working days. The lead time for mass production depends on order quantity and finishing options, but usually 7-15 working days is sufficient.

Can We Have Our Logo or Design on Your Products or Packages?
Sure. Your Logo can be displayed on the products using printing, spot/embossed UV, gold/silver foil, hot stamping, or stickers, etc.

What Custom Packaging Structures and Materials Do You Offer?
We offer a wide variety of box structures including drawer boxes, auto-base lock boxes, shoe boxes, mailers, and folding magnetic boxes. Materials range from C2S art paper and corrugated board to kraft paper and high-end fancy paper.
