What are the charge policies and lead time for samples?

Stock samples are completely free. For custom samples, the fee ranges from USD 100 to USD 300, and it takes approximately 7 days to complete.

Which file formats are preferred for artwork submission?

We accept PDF or AI formats. However, high-quality PDF files are preferred for the most accurate production setup.

What kinds of surface treatments and inserts do you provide?

We can apply film lamination, varnishing, spot UV, hot stamping, embossing, and more. For inserts, we supply paper, plastic, foam, sponge, and EVA materials.

What is your typical production delivery time?

Our standard lead time is 7 to 15 days, depending on the specifications. For quantities up to 50,000 pieces, shipping ready time is typically 10 days.

What payment terms do you accept?

Our standard term is T/T 30% in advance as deposit, and T/T 70% balance payment paid prior to shipment.
