Quality Inspection & Samples
We offer custom sample box production to check size, printing quality, and material compatibility. During the printing and packaging phases, we provide photo and video confirmation, color detector test comparison data, and rigorous quality check checks. The finished products are securely stored in dry, ventilated environments. If you have a physical reference sample, you are welcome to send it to us to assist with quality alignment.

Yes, we have our own manufacturing factory close to the port, allowing us to manage quality and prices directly.

3. How to ensure that the product layout is accurate?
Upon order confirmation, we provide design layouts for approval, create pre-production samples for physical verification, and initiate mass manufacturing only after final approval.
4. How to get samples? Is the sample charged? How long does the sample ship?
1) Contact our accounts manager to request samples.
2) Stock samples are provided free of charge. Custom samples are charged based on requested specifications and refunded on mass production orders.
3) Samples are shipped out within 7 days.
5. How long is the delivery time?
Normal delivery is 10 to 15 working days post payment and layout authorization. For urgent shipments, our planning department handles layout priority to compress timelines.
6. What is the minimum order quantity of the product?
Our standard product MOQ is 500 units. Increased order volumes correspond to more competitive unit prices.
